It's not limited to one person; the minimum is one person. If the Project Manager can get more ambassadors, we'll be happy about that.
As for your disagreement on the testers issue...well, we're the coders, we're the ones who have to work with the tester's work, and we disagree with your disagreement.
As I pointed out, "it works as it should" is very much a reportable state, and knowing that it works as it should is a necessary step to deeming a feature done, which, in turn, is necessary for a release.
In other words: Not reporting that a feature works as it should directly blocks the release of the next Ares version.
Maybe now you see why we think there are some issues with the testing work.
