Dude. I know you're from Russia, which isn't particularly famous for law enforcement, so I'll explain this in very easy terms:
pd created RockPatch.
Therefore, he has a copyright on the name "RockPatch" for a hack of the YR executable and similar software.
As such, resisting his demand to rename you're patch, you are in violation of copyright law.
That, in turn, means I am currently hosting copyright-infringing material on my server.
Again, this may not be so in Russia, but in Germany, that's pretty much illegal.
One notice of this to my host might very well lead to the instant termination of my hosting contract, taking all of RenProj, ModEnc, STX and RP and its files with it.
So my choice is simple: Remove infringing material, or watch everything to be forcefully removed.

So, in simple, easy terms: I will not lose all my content, all my accounts, all my files, all my organization, and a wonderful hosting deal because you think Russian mob law extends to the world.
