Vaildate dont work

As I said, the editor is pretty stupid when it comes to countries, mostly because I never saw the need to delete some of them. The editor thinks you're editing RA2 since you have removed one of the countries and as such you have the same amount of countries as unmodded RA2. I fathom readding it would solve that problem.

As for a new version, I won't give any dates, but it will be updated later this year, hopefully.
