The INI checker singlehandedly annihilated all rules(md).ini logic. I tried the check command and guess what: IT BLAMED MY ENTIRE ANIMATIONS LIST, even westwoods of missing, but when I looked they were there. As you see, the rules(md).ini animation list has holes of unused anims, the checker interpreted that wrongly and voila.
