If I recall correctly, the thread starter had pasted his entire rulesmd.ini into the post - yet the maximum character limit kicked in somewhere along the way and cut the post off.
So there were like fifteen pages of general settings, but not enough of the rules to actually help him.
Since he hasn't replied since then, I guess it wasn't that important.
