I'm quite certain some program blocks Ares or Syringe here, but I don't know how to stop it from doing that.
Besides from a test with the virus scanner disabled (which is risky and I can't recommend to leave the PC unprotected), does the scanner offer an option for injection settings that might allow Ares to run? Does the virus scanner log show anything in regard to Ares?
