Yeah, the genetic mutator stuff - I have tested only original Brute mutation and it went mad, causing IE, but I think that other "custom" mutations are also broken up.
As for sidec0x stuff, PaD told me that now, 'no' activates new sidecs and 'yes' deactivates them
The tank bunker bug is last I have encountered, but I heard that some people encountered the IE during skirmish loading, and it was probably not caused by teh sidec stuff, as they said they played as other countries than Yuri's nor Forth Side one.

Also, the infantry mutate is broken.
And the sidec03 stuff is broken.
