I did what you asked uninstalled NPatch , turened of the ADV.mod in tools but unfornutly i did'nt work i read all the help topics and what i said is most likily repeated
i gusse i'll try one last shot full unintalltion of the game then a'll reistall it and see how it works but keep posting if you have any ideas oh and thanks for your time

I've just uploaded a new version (0.99.260) of Launch Base that includes some more logging so we can determine the cause of the problem.

In Tools > Options, Logging, set the Log Level to Verbose (move the slider all the way to the right).
Now try launching the mod again and post your latest LaunchBase.log file.
