Hi, I was the one who posted this on ModEnc (under "My Known IEs") at this URL:

And in response, DCoder 06:50, 27 July 2008 (UTC) asked for my Except.txt, so here it is: (Please note that this except.txt is an old file I think I deleted my new one because I had no idea what it was.)
PS. Gahh how do I attach files on this thing?!
