And in response, DCoder 06:50, 27 July 2008 (UTC) asked for my Except.txt, so here it is: (Please note that this except.txt is an old file I think I deleted my new one because I had no idea what it was.)

It seems like file uploading is only enabled for registered users. Not my call, but you can either do that, or just put it on pastebin and post a link.
