Unstable Ares build does not start

EDIT: WTH? I'm sure I read somewhere how to do it. It involved packaging Ares with the mod didn't it? Can't find where now though O.o

...Except it explains nothing about my problem. My problem is getting 0.2 to start AT ALL. It just refers to a few tags changes.
