Hi,
that depends on how you launch YR. If you use the command prompt or you have a batch file, add it to the end of the command like syringe.exe "path\to\gamemd.exe" -CD. If you use Launch Base, you have to have Advanced Mode enabled (be sure to understand each setting before modifying it!). In the options (Game tab) you can add it to the Command Line Switches.
