I'm for 668, after all it's the bigger improvement.
I also support 978 since most of the 729 requests can be remade as I posted on the issue, whereas MindControl Priorities adds strategy and cannot be emulated.
Also, to clarify 978:
A stronger link can override a weaker link
A link can only be formed with a weaker mind
