Why I cannot build it?

• * Your log doesn't say what command line options you are using, and it's also in some language we can't read. Although the problems are kind of readable, we'd still appreciate normal English output.
  * MSVC IDE cannot build Ares correctly. We use a custom application that calls the MSVC compiler, rc and linker from the command line to build it.
  * Another step after linking is required - the .inj file needs to be built, and we do that with another custom application.
  * I haven't tested Intel's compiler, but since the game was compiled using MSVC, Ares should be compiled in it as well, to remove any binary layout differences.
  

I updated ModEnc's Contributing to Ares page, it has some more details about manual compilation now. I'll release the custom applications we use if their authors permit.

As for "243 doesn't work in my computer", well, with no specific details I can't really help.
