raillroad bridges fixed??

When jonwil did the code we did not do a thorough job of testing it . By the time I had finished the train bridges jonwil had move on and forgot what he did. All of the art work and tiles are fine. The problem was there was more code work that needed to be done. Like units with C4 could not destroy the bridge and when the bridge was rebuilt it would not reconnect correctly . And there was other problem with the bridge and a conflict with the other bridges.
