Enabling TechLevelSlider for Network play in RA2 YR

Hello!

I've been trying to enable the TechLevelSlider in Network mode (with Rockpatch 1.08 SE), but as far as I've tried, it will only show up in skirmish mode.
I've tried editing the RA2MD.INI file, but this hasn't done any change.

Any suggestions on how to do so?

Again, RockPatch 1.08SE is not officially supported on this forums since:
a) RockPatch 1 is no longer in development
b) RP version 1.08SE and higher were created by VK, ask him (vk.cncguild.net) for help

Maybe someone 'round here can give you an answer, but don't expect much.

As far as I'm aware, the TechLevel slider, along with the MultiEngineer box, are skirmish options only. They were never enabled for multiplayer games.
