The only one I can think of is having a secondary prerequisite tree (DIFFERENT TO PREREQUISITE OVERRIDE) so for one tree it would be:
Prerequisite=GAWEAP,POWER,RADAR and the other would be Prerequisite2=GATECH,GAWEAP,POWER so the game parses ALL the prerequisites in Prerequisite2, not just having one building override the lot.

that is AlternatePrerequisite= from Rockpatch. and i feel we should have 2, 3, 4 etc, perhaps have it keep looking automaticly untill the number its looking for doesn't exist.
