You are not using the residual file manager correctly. Please do not try using this again as it is not intended for your situation. The latest LB version now includes a prominent warning message.
This is why the RFM is only available in Advanced Mode - you must be an advanced user who knows exactly what they are doing before you use Advanced Mode.
Leave Advanced Mode turned off - it will cause you many problems.

YES THAT IS CORRECT. THEY ARE NOT SAFE. DO NOT USE THE RESIDUAL FILE MANAGER.
Read the Help Topics thoroughly and get Launch Base Mod Creator to create your mod.

Launch Base will never tell you that there is no NPatch so I don't understand what you mean by this. NPatch does not work with Ares so you should uninstall NPatch before using Ares.

Check all of the above. If you still have a problem then please provide a link to a new LaunchBase.log file.
