Seeking FA2 Mod Switcher ([split] trains)

Hello, I am new here and I need FA2 YR Mod Switcher, site link don't work and I love that little trains !!! :-)
Please, help me...
Someone have it or knows where I can find ?
Because there is a link inactivae for dowload this important thing, called FA2 YR Mod Switcher.

I wrote that but it is woefully outdated and I no longer have the program. Launch Base supercedes that method for delivering the TX. Launch Base is presently in public beta and can be downloaded from http://marshall.strategy-x.com/LaunchBase/LB_Setup.exe - then use the built-in Check For Updates facility to get the TX and the TX FinalAlert 2 mod that comes with it.
