Question, does this except error state if he was using a mod or the original game?? Maybe when people post up an error message they should include, if they have terrain exp installed, any mods they installed or if the game is original or if they did any modding themselves. If he did any editing than he should make 1 change at a time then run the game, this will help to find out if there is a bug. Learned that from personal experience. That can give a bit more info to find out where you went wrong.
