rules separation as stated in ares doc
#1
Ok, I want to make sure I read this correct. When using ARES and I add the following means that I can place Super Weapons and such in their own ini file as long as place the following lines in my rulesmd.ini I and make the ini file as listed below?

[#include]
1=rules_sw.ini
2=rules_vehicles.ini
3=rules_buildings.ini
4=rules_aircraft.ini
5=rules_infantry.ini

If this this is correct, that means I can delete the infantry sections from my rules ini and place them in there own ini file?

It's definitely the case, unless you think the people who wrote the manual are lying.

No, I just wanted to make sure I was reading the manual correctly. I didn't want to post up an error message by placing:

[#include]
1=rules_sw.ini
2=rules_vehicles.ini
3=rules_buildings.ini
4=rules_aircraft.ini
5=rules_infantry.ini

in my rules and make new ini files as listed and have someone comment about it later. This will make it easier for work on my mod. Thank you Professor_Tesla
