I thought about the RockPatch pages on ModEnc and the new pages that will come with RockPatch2. I'm pretty sure that it will be completly different, so what about a completly new section for RockPatch2?

No. RockPatch is RockPatch.
The details of official ModEnc-usage by pd are yet to be discussed behind the scenes, but the new RockPatch will occupy the exact same space as the old one, save for the wishlist.
