Okay, after people obviously aren't fans of a slashdot-style system, I have simplifyied the whole thing. After I set everything up, RenegadeProjects.com will get it's news from right here, meaning whoever has a community announcement to make (like a new mod release or similar) can just start a thread here and see his message broadcasted.
