PsychicReveal type doesn't get AutoFired - NCoder - 11.05.2013

The following SW does not get auto-fired. I'm not sure if this constitutes a bug in Ares or if I just made a mistake in the settings:

Does the building type that provides this super weapon DontScore=yes or Insignificant=yes?
