Only Kenosis and LH_Mouse can answer you. That is the promotion video of ECM, a Gear Zero feature.
Gear Zero is a YR ASM patch by LH_Mouse and has no relationship with Ares.

Something like that may be possible when our active protection/shields feature is implemented, which I believe is scheduled for 0.3. For now all I can say is sit tight.
