Strange IE I cannot solve. - Radaral - 16.11.2010
I know it's from the soviet house because when I have all Allied houses no IE happens however if I have soviet houses in the IE happens. But If I play as the soviet house and build all the units No IE happens. I suspect it has to do with that AI sides handleing of the new aircraft.

So I have an IE with no solution? it's like happening and no ones able to find out why?

Restoring WallTower= might help. Don't delete existing flags.
