how do i fix it when i try lauche base i get this
componet msinet.ocx of one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing of in invalid

Are you running Vista or W7?
Try running LB as Administrator.
If that doesn't work, run cmd as administrator then
cd\windows\system32
regsrv32.exe c:\your_launch_base_directory\msinet.ocx
Then run LB as Administrator again.
