I wrote that but it is woefully outdated and I no longer have the program. Launch Base supercedes that method for delivering the TX. Launch Base is presently in public beta and can be downloaded from http://marshall.strategy-x.com/LaunchBase/LB_Setup.exe - then use the built-in Check For Updates facility to get the TX and the TX FinalAlert 2 mod that comes with it.
