How? It's all bottled up inside XCC ML.

Run the mod's launcher, this will cause it to extract the raw files to the RA2 folder. Minimize the game (or with some mods, exit the game and choose not to deactivate the mod) and go to the RA2 folder. Lap up the goodies. But I would not do this right now - certain structure names have changed for the next Beta (Beta 5).
