How is progress? I haven't heard/seen anything lately, so I just wanted to know. And in months, how far away is a realise

I've managed to get loading/saving savegames etc to work perfectly, ie not enough for another post yet.
Release, arg, tough one.
I have a good base to work on already, and I might actually go into Ares development soon (everything's set up for it already!).
I don't think I'll break my early 2008 estimation, whereas early 2008 means until end of April.
Don't expect the first versions to be fully featured replacements of RP or NPatch, it's plenty of work I got to do here, really.
Good thing is, once it's done, it's done, and usable forever.
