I've updated the forums again, to improve spam protection and boost performance.
A noteworthy change is that a form such as New Reply/New Thread/Register New Account will require guests to wait at least 30 seconds before submitting it.* (No, smartasses, the check is both client-side and server-side, disabling JavaScript won't help.) As always, it should work fine, but there's always a chance I goofed something up and it won't. Should that happen, let me know over MSN/IRC.
