I went into Tiberian Sun and looked in rules.ini to find the color codes. And I was woundering how they had it setup since it isnt R,G,B. So I am woundering what those 3 numbers = or if it's just a different pattern like G,R,B or something. Please help!

HSB or Hue, Saturation, Brightness

i'm not quite sure about TS, but on RA2 and YR it's hue, saturation, and value. it should be the same, but i'm not making any promises.

It's HSB in TS.
