Can I make a .PDF file of it?
EDIT: I already made it, easy to navigate included at no charge...
Let me know if you wanna see it (CnCVK)
it should be, not more
However
Rock Patch Help 8 will have no updates.
Probably, I will make a another offline help for
Rock Patch 9.
But it in the future...
ModENC will be better always, because it will have updates very frequently

What is bad in
HTML files?

Nothing wrong with HTML, but it is more neat and organized in a pdf.
Why don't you just distribute your pdf version?
There are different opinions about pdf I guess, I personally hate it, for instance.
So just upload it somewhere, give us a link, and anybody who likes pdf can get it

No. No zoom problems, easy links, simple updates, small size, need a browser only
i'd much prefer a PDF, for 1 thing its a single file, and you can zoom in, and since everything important comes in PDF format, such as motherboard manuals, and datasheets, no technician/engineer can do without a PDF viewer.
Then tell the server to quit running modenc's scripts as an indian. If it didn't do that, you'd already have one.
