My hover miner cant deploy unit a building, when i click on deploy buttom(D), nothing happends
I tried for about 2 hours many thing and it never workd! Unhappy

It is possible (but untested) that hovers just can't deploy.
Maybe DeployToLand helps.

My bad, then. I seem to remember people at SS saying AI refuses to deploy a hover MCV... o_O
Hover MCVs are a special case. They produce IEs, too.
No they do not cause Robot Storm has had 3 hr + games which are flawless and my supply drone is a hover unit.

And since I have seen the IE myself on Yuri's MCV, spare me your Microsoft-y campaign.
hover MCV works fine, i did it once before, fine as in no IEs.

AI refuses to deploy Hover, Jumpjet and Subteranean MCV, never tried amphibious, but basicly, the MCV has got to drive to work.

ai though does deploy though if using

Hmm...right...hover MCVs was the non-deploy stuff...sorry, my bad. Got my errors mixed up. Seen too many of them over the years.
WW code is messy, only issue with this is that the unit appears not to "hover" as in bob about or look visibly above the ground.

I think its cos of its locomotor but if u change the locomotor the ai won't use.

well, i deleted this unit after DCoders first post but whatever Tongue 2
amphibious with a hover speed type. hmm... as i said, never tried amphibious, but i suspected it would work, because our amphibious miner shows none of the other problems caused by hover, jumpjet and subteranian ore miners. actually, i think jumpjet works as an ore miner, it just flies to move 1 tile, which slows it right down...

not tried chrono either, but i felt that a little unfair for an MCV.
