Ive been having wierd crashes in YR. Whenever I exit, I get an IE. :dots: If you need more, I can keep them coming.

Anyway, I get that error, too, sometimes, as in not often.
No idea what causes it or what could cause it :blink: the except.txt generated by it doesn't tell me a thing...

Whats even more is that Im using stock rules. The only things I have changed are pipbrd.shp and place.shp.

I'm currently making the radiation things per-weapon, meaning every weapon could use a different radiation color, warhead, etc.

The problem is, I can't use the values defined in the [Radiation] section as defaults.

That's why I wanna know whether you'd mind if I hardcode the defaults to the standard green, and then make the radiation be customizable for every single weapon?
(this would make the [Radiation] section unfunctional)

kk, I found a way to make the stuff in [Radation] be default.

As you can see, it kinda works.
Though, the yellow radiation is supposed to be red, I still gotta find out what's wrong there.

Of course, immunities can't work.

Hm, I'd have to add some tag then, maybe RadType=[number] and then on units, ImmuneToRadTypes=[multiple numbers].

Strings would be possible too, but eat a lot of space.

Kills two birds with one stone does this, since you also cover the additional immunities requests too.

Hmm not really, as this would only cover the radiation immunities.
It'd be easy to port to other things though, because I had the basic framework then, and the tag loaded already.

BTW, ImmuneToRadiation would mean to any radiation atm.

News:
I abolished the SpecialColors "logic".
From now on, every Weapon has the tag "UseRadColor=yes/no".
If yes, it will use the color specified in RadColor.

It works for RadBeam and RadEruption..
