Like I told D on MSN recently, at least in Hamburg, there were holidays last week, and sunday/monday were also official holidays?. I don't know how the holiday schedule is in Datteln, but it's entirely possible they've got holidays as well, meaning there's a good chance he could be on vacation.

Sometimes people just don't want to be bothered for a while, and drop out for a bit.

sounds like PD, but if they are dropping off, they usually say "I'm going for a while" or "I Quit!" or something...

i just had a thought. to help when you get to do prerequisites, look at RequiredHouses= and ForbiddenHouses= tags, they might help you do a posative and negative...

ok, i don't know if you know about this or not. but in 1.05, the yurisidebar doesn't work anymore... loads soviets instead...

I know nothing about the genetic mutator bug and I have no idea how to fix it. Or the sicdec03 stuff.

Ok. after few mounths of development we have a absolute useles 1.05 patch. Can any one upload 1.04x?

turns out 1.04c and 1.05 are both nightmares to get working on a LAN without IEs...

Yes, that's bad.. both have something corrupted with LAN connection.. Hope that PaD will return and fix it....
