Version 0.99.245 [2010-04-11]

When activating a mod, files in an 'interface' folder (if present) are no longer ignored.
Updated Ares support so that ares.mix will be stored, verified and activated with Ares.dll and Ares.dll.inj.
Added a brief notification of initialization progress to the splash screen.
