Have you read the manual?
EDIT: Ren beat me to it.

Do you have multiple paradrops? Currently the game will only use the first SW that has a specific Action set. This limit will be lifted in the future.

The manual is fairly explicit about the fact that you can't use the old tags. They only support infantry. Have a look at [Country]Paradrop.Types.

You already got all the parts, you just have to connect them.
Copy both lines to every [Country] you want to change. In this case it will be Americans, British, Germans, ...

ParaDrop.Types=E1,FV
ParaDrop.Num=6,4

YR 1.001 and Ares 0.1 should do. The SuperWeaponType must have Type=ParaDrop and for now there can't be more than one super weapon of the same type.
