New structures don't show on maps in FA2. Place it normally and try it in game.
I'm what Willis was talkin' about.

You may also want to reconsider your naming scheme.

(Independent from NewTheater being set to no, there's really no point in going non-standard and confusing the game.)

Is it invisible when placed in game or not available to be built? There is a big difference.

i tried what renegade told me the building is in the game now and works but is invisible

Could you do us a favor and just abandoned your silly naming scheme for a test?

Name both sections GACIVP, remove the Image= tag from the art section, rename the shp ggcivp.shp, and make sure you properly placed it in the folder or the mix.
Also, check with the Mixer that the .shp is actually valid. If you can't see the file's image in there, either, it's not the game's problem.

Also, your "Geothermal Plant" is set to GDIBarracks=yes, you may want to change that.

Take auto off in the palette menu.

Read the ModEnc section on NewTheater and you should be able to answer your question regarding filename. If they only show as black in XCC I suspect that is why they don't show in game BTW. In some pallets black is transparent ingame.

i cant turn off auto in palet and all shps and i mean all show as black empty screen
but in shp builder it shows up corectly

yes you can, you click "auto select" and auto is turned off.
