- Minor updates to Help Topics.
- Fixed bug where mods would not activate all files correctly unless Recompile Mod was turned on.

- Fixed bug where installers could not be created if an information page was included.
- Assault Map Packs permitted in internal plugins.
- Fixed bug with plugin security.lock generation that would result in returned security.keys being invalid.
