A player of us loses connection to the server everytime a game ends and only reboot can bring it back ()

This is a long standing issue with RA2, and possibly Tiberian Sun. I have had this happen to me on vanilla RA2 and it is extremely aggravating and annoying. It basically trashes the network adapter so no amount of playing around will change anything. Believe me, I tried really hard to avoid a reboot, but never could.
