It's not right:
You can't create more 32 different countries. (Problems with Owner= tag)

doesn't mean all units will have all 100 countries listed, unless you break that

plus it is wrong anyway, its not 89 new countries, its 90, because we currently have 0-9, and this allows 0-99(which is 10-99 new)

i know... it's one dword = 32 bits = yes or no for each country
maybe somebody should make it 2 dwords

but heck, do you really want to add 32 countries??
i doubt that...

depends PD, some people are already aproaching that limit. and with the planned 200 units limit, breaking of the whiteboy bug, and complete 4th side+more sides, people are easily going to want to go past 32.

I'm going to write a "Bobingabout's Wishlist for 1.09" which will include raising the limit to 250. (its a nice round number that fits in a byte array. altohugh you wanting to raise it to 300 makes me think that doesn't matter. but it will to the 74 units bug.)(most of the items on my wishlist would be things that either many people want, probably that you have looked into before(like more colours on the countries list, and the new prerequisite system), bugfixes(like 74 units bug), or completing unfinished features(like 4th side))
